Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask that you notify us of that fact within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise. We also ask that you convey to us your intention to return the merchandise before actually doing so; that is to say, to make known to us this fact before you return it. The purchaser is obliged to pay for any shipping and insurance costs incurred by the return of any merchandise. Depending of the means by which the purchaser initially paid for the merchandise, refunds will be processed through the same channels and in the same manner. Refunds also may take up to 21 days to be settled.
Damages Policy
Although we take every precaution in packing each item so that it reaches you in perfect condition, if some damage has occurred, you must contact us within 48 hours from the time you receive the package. You may do so by E-mail or call us at 508.896.8381. It is essential that you retain the shipping package and all packing material, in order that the damage can be assessed and the claim be processed.
